Mrs. Siddhakala U. Bhawsar, an Asst. Prof., has contributed her knowledge in Socio- Legal sphere since 2009. In the year of 2002, she stood first in the Subject of Book Keeping & Accountancy in College & Center in 12th class. She has completed her Bachelor in Law Degree of 5 years Law Course from N.B.T. Law College, Nashik which is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. In 2009 she completed her LL.M. from Dept. of Law, S.P.P.U. Pune with First Class. She qualified SET and is pursuing Ph.D. from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune. At present she is approved Asst. Professor of Shri Shivaji Maratha Society's Law College Pune-02.


She is working in Institution since 2014. She has taught various Law subjects in this College. Since last few years she has rendered various responsibilities like N.S.S. Officer, College Examination Officer with devotion and at present she is in- charge of Coordinator of National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). She has taught for various subjects for the courses Like LL.M., M.B.A., M.C.A, LL.B., B.B.A. She has completed Madhyama Purna (5 examinations) in classical Singing & looking ahead for Alankar (Master in Classical Singing).

Dr. Anjali Manish Gavali

Dr. Anjali Manish Gavali is an Assistant Professor of Shri Shivaji Maratha Society's law college, Pune-02. She has completed her Ph.D. on the subject of Labor Law. She has participated in various Conferences and Seminars organized by the SPPU. She has participated in various Legal Aid Programs. She has participated in various Faculty Development Programs organized by different universities. She has experience of teaching various law subjects such as Land Laws, Labor Laws, Jurisprudence, etc. She also published articles in various National and International Journals.

Miss. Meenakshi Jadhav

Assistant Professor

"Miss. Meenakshi Mansaram Jadhav, is an Asst. Professor in Shri Shivaji Maratha Society’s Law College, Pune-02. She has completed her B.S.L., LL.B. from Navjeevan Law College, CIDCO, Nashik and also completed LL.M.from Department of Law, SPPU, Pune in 2014 with specialization in International Law. She is qualified SET in LAW and pursuing PH.D. from Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. She is having more than 10 years of teaching experience.


She Completed RIO + 20 INDIA PROGRAM IARC Educations and Outreach Division, Short Term Course Study in Sustainable Development. She has participated in various State, National, International Level Seminars, Conferences, Webinars, Virtual Seminars and Conferences, FDPs. She has also published Articles, Research Papers in various State, National and International Level Seminars, Conferences, Webinars, Virtual Seminars and Conferences. She also Published various Chapters in edited Books and Journals."

Mr. Bhanudas Machindra Garje

Assistant Professor

"Mr. Bhanudas Machindra Garje, an Assistant Professor in Law, is currently teaching at Shri Shivaji Maratha Society's Law College, Pune. He has been contributing to the academic and legal field with a focused commitment to teaching, research, and student development.


He completed his B.L.S., LL.B. from the prestigious Government Law College, Mumbai, securing a First Class, and pursued his LL.M. from the Department of Law, University of Mumbai. In addition, he holds a Diploma in Cyber Law, reflecting his interest in contemporary legal developments and the interface between law and technology.


Mr. Garje has cleared the UGC-NET and MH-SET in his first attempt, demonstrating his academic excellence and dedication. With one year of teaching experience, he is steadily building a promising career in legal academia.


His areas of academic interest include Criminal Law, Human Rights, and Cyber Law. Known for his clear, engaging, and practically-oriented teaching style, Mr. Garje is committed to nurturing competent and socially responsible legal professionals."

Mr. Mallikarjun Amagonda Pujari

Assistant Professor

Mr. Mallikarjun Pujari is serving as an Assistant Professor of Law at Shri Shivaji Maratha Society’s Law College, Pune. He holds a Five-Year Law Course B.S.L., LL.B. degree from N. S. Soti Law College, Sangli, where he secured the 7th rank under Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He completed his LL.M. with a specialization in Science and Technology Law from the Department of Law, Savitribai Phule Pune University. He is also qualified in both the MH-SET and UGC-NET. From 2023 to 2025, he pursued a full-time Ph.D. as a JRF at Symbiosis Law School, Pune, under Symbiosis International University.


Mr. Pujari has more than three years of teaching experience and previously taught LL.B and LL.M at N. S. Soti Law College, Sangli and BA.LL.B Symbiosis Law School, Pune. Alongside his academic career, he also has three years of professional experience practicing as an Advocate at the Sangli District and Sessions Court, where he handled civil and criminal litigation. His combined academic and practical background enables him to bring real-world legal insights into the classroom.


He has published 11 research papers in reputed national and international journals, including five book chapters. He has actively participated in 26 seminars, conferences, and workshops, and has successfully completed 9 Faculty Development Programs (FDPs). He also serves as the Moot Court Coordinator at the college.


In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Mr. Pujari is frequently invited as a guest lecturer at various law colleges, where he delivers expert sessions on Constitutional Law and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), formerly known as the Indian Penal Code (IPC). His core areas of academic interest include Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Legal Research, and Advocacy. A passionate and dedicated academician, he is committed to legal education, student development, and scholarly excellence.

Mrs. Tasneem Begum Shaikh Mahemood

"Ms. Tasneem Shaikh, an Assistant Professor, has enriched the socio-legal domain with her expertise since 2016. She graduated with an LL.B. in First Class in 2016 from N.C. Law College, Nanded, and earned an LL.M. with Distinction in 2018 from Narayanrao Chavan Law College. In 2021, she completed a D.C.L. in Cyber Law from Swami Ramanand Tirth Marathwada University, Nanded, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from Savitribai Phule Pune University, with her research centre at A.K. Khan Law College, Pune. Her academic credentials are complemented by Distinction in MS-CIT, DTP, Tally, and Typing courses.


With 8 years of impactful practice at District and Sessions Courts in Maharashtra and 2 years of inspiring teaching experience, Ms. Shaikh brings a wealth of practical and academic insight. Since 2016, she has been running a dynamic YouTube law channel, conducting online lectures to engage a global audience, and has published three articles in reputed journals. Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor at Shri Shivaji Maratha Society's Law College, Pune, where she has contributed since 2016, teaching diverse law subjects across LL.M., BA.LL.B., LL.B., and B.B.A. courses.

Mss. Namita Jitendra Mohod

Miss. Namita Mohod is an Asst. Professor in Shri Shivaji Maratha Society's Law College, Pune-02. She has completed her Bachelor Degree in BA (History) from Sir Parshurambhau College, Pune. She has completed her L.L.B., from Indian Law Society ( ILS) college , Pune. She has completed her Master’s Degree (LLM) in Constitutional Law from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. She taught verious law subjects of Diploma In Taxation Law at Shri Shivaji Maratha Law college , Pune. She is teaching different subjects for LL.B. Three Years and Five Years Courses at Shri Shivaji Maratha Law college,Pune.

Mr. Vikram Popat Borate

Mr.Vikram Borate is an Asst.Professor in Shri Shivaji Maratha Society’s Law College, Pune 02.He holds BA and MA degree in Economics from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He Qualified SET (Economics) exam. He has seven years of academic experience .He worked as the Student Development Officer. He is a member of other Administrative Committee's. He pursuing PhD from Savitribai Phule Pune University. His guidance is very valuable for our students who are preparing for competitive exams.

Mr. Sachin Mhasavade

Mr. Sachin Mhasavade is an Asst. Professor in Shri Shivaji Maratha Society's Law College, Pune-02. He has completed M.A. in Political Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. He is qualified both SET and NET Exams. He has eight years of teaching experience. In addition to this at present, he is working as the Chief Examination Officer at SSMS’s Law College, Pune-02.

Mr. Vishvanath Vyavahare

Mr. Vishvanath Vyavahare is an Asst. Professor in Shri Shivaji Maratha Society’s Law College, Pune-02. He holds his B.A. Degree in English from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He also holds M.A. degree in English from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He is SET Qualified. He has seven years of academic experience. He has presented papers at various National and International Seminars and Conferences. He has attended various FDPs, Orientation Programs and Refresher Courses. He worked as the coordinator of SOL, SPPU. He is working as the Program Officer of NSS Unit. His area of interest is Language and Literature, Communication Skills and Soft Skills.

Mr. Jondhale Sudarshan Sureshrao

Mr. Jondhale Sudarshan Sureshrao is an Assistant Professor in Shri Shivaji Maratha Society's Law College, Pune - 02. Before joining SSMS's Law College, Pune, he served as an Assistant Professor in N.C. Law College, Nanded, Shri Shivaji Law College Kandhar and He taught for Post Graduate, M.A. Sociology at Yeshwant Arts, Commerce and Science College, Nanded. Presently, he is a POSH Trainer as well as a Student Development Officer.


He completed M.A., M. Phil.., SET in Sociology, M.A. in English and is pursuing his Ph.D. in Sociology. He has 11 years of experience in teaching Sociology. His specialization is in Sociological Theories, Research Methodology, Gendering Society, Sociology of Law and Jurisprudence, Science and Technology, Globalisation and Sociology of Development. He is the author of a book chapter, Gender and Policing, for M.A., Sociology, Distance Education Centre of Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. He published many research papers in National and International Journals and participated in various Regional, State, National and International Conferences.

Dr. Deepali Rahul Jadhav

Dr. Deepali Rahul Jadhav is a Librarian in Shri Shivaji Maratha Society's Law College, Pune-02. She is Post Graduate in Library Science, M. Phil., PGDLIMAN, SET (LIS). She is pursuing her Ph.D.in LIS. Before joining Shri Shivaji Maratha Society’s Law College, She worked as a Librarian at St. Mathews Academy and Junior College (ICSE Board). She has 12 years of experience as a Librarian. She has on her credit, Publication of Research Paper in Peer Reviewed Journal, International Articles, Workshops and Conferences. She is a member of various Administrative Committees at SSMS’s Law College, Pune-02.
