The Admission Process for LL.B.
The admission process for LL.B. (Three Years) is online. It is conducted and regulated by the CET Cell. Student must have appeared for the Common Entrance Test (CET) for participating in admission process along with minimum qualification.

Eligibility
- The minimum qualification for admission to the three year LL.B. course shall be a Graduation with minimum 45% of marks in any faculty of Pune University or any other statutory University.
Student should have appeared for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MH CET) of LL.B. 3 Years.

RULES FOR STANDARD OF PASSING BENEFIT ETC.
STANDARD OF PASSING
To pass any examination, a candidate must obtain
- 35% of the full marks in each paper
- 50% of the total marks in the examination.
ENTITLEMENT OF APPEAR AT THE END OF ACADEMIC YEAR.
A candidate who has completed his term for semester I.III or V of the year LL.B. Course and has paid examination fees for such Semester Examination but has remained absent for any or all papers or has failed in any or all papers at such Semester Examination shall be entitled to appear for any or all of such papers respectively along with the Semester II or IV or VI examination respectively.
Any student who has appeared for Semester I,III or V Examination of the three year LL.B.Course shall be entitled to reappear for all or any of the papers respectively along with the Semester II,IV,or VI examination for improvise his marks.
EXEMPTION
A candidate who obtains at least 50% of the full marks in a paper shall at his option be exempted from that paper at a subsequent examination. He shall however have to pass in the remaining paper or papers in accordance with the standard of passing laid down above. The benefit of exemption so earned may be available for six years only.
FIRST – SECOND CLASS
At the end of the academic year those of the successful candidates who obtain 50% or more of the total marks will be placed in the Second Class and those who obtain 60% or more of the total marks will be placed in the First Class and those who obtain 70% or more marks will be placed in First Class with Distinction.
ALLOWED TO KEEP TERMS
A candidate who obtains at the Ist and IInd years of LL.B. three years LL.B. course 50% of the full marks in any six out of the total number of papers prescribed for the respective academic year shall be allowed to keep terms respectively for the IInd and IIIrd year of LL.B. Examination. Provided however that he shall not be declared to have passed the IInd LL.B. or the IIIrd LL.B. Examination unless he has passed the 1st LL.B. or the IInd LL.B.Examination by passing in the remaining papers in accordance with the standard of passing laid down above.
Such a candidate shall not be eligible for a Class prize or scholarship awarded at the examination.

PROFESSOR IN-CHARGE
Each of the above courses shall be under the supervision of the professor-in-charge appointed for the course the concerned professor may form groups and the work may be assigned to each group.
MAINTENANCE OF JOURNAL
Each student shall compulsory maintain a journal as may be prescribed by the college, for the clinical work done by him. Each student shall from time to time regularly write about the work allotted to and done by him or her in his own handwriting and the dates there to and signed by him and the same be scrutinized and countersigned from time to time, by the concerned professor in-charge. The Journal shall be submitted to the college as and when so required by the college for the purpose of assessment.
